§ 21-15-216. ON-SITE UTILITY CONTRACTOR LICENSE.

  • (a)

    General requirements. The Board shall issue an on-site utility contractor license to an official of a business who is entitled to secure permits for on-site work and who installs on-site sewer, water, and storm drainage facilities from connections at the property line to within 5 feet of any newly constructed improvement on the property.

    (b)

    Qualifications. A licensed on-site utility contractor shall have a regular place of business in the state and shall be qualified as provided in § 21-15-205(b) of this subtitle.
