§ 21-15-215. MASTER LIMITED PLUMBER-GASFITTER LICENSE.

(a)

General requirements. The Board may issue a master limited plumber-gasfitter license only to a business that is not primarily engaged in plumbing which intends to do plumbing work limited to maintenance and repair, alterations, and minor extensions of existing plumbing systems on the premises of the business.

(b)

Representative.

(1)

A master limited plumber-gasfitter license shall specify the name of the representative or representatives employed by the business under whose direction this plumbing work shall be performed.

(2)

The representative or representatives shall be qualified through an examination by the Board.

(3)

The holder of a master plumber-gasfitter license shall be considered a qualified representative of a master limited plumber-gasfitter.
