§ 18-2-308. PARKING METER ZONES.

Subject to the requirements of § 18-2-306, the Traffic Engineer may, by regulation, establish and change the location of parking meter zones within each of the parking meter districts if the Traffic Engineer determines, on the basis of engineering and traffic investigations, that the establishment or changing of parking meter zones is necessary to aid in regulating the movement and parking of vehicles.
