§ 18-2-309. PARKING METER SPACES.

  • (a)

    In general. The Traffic Engineer shall designate parking meter zones.

    (b)

    Length and width. A parking meter space shall be of appropriate length and width to be accessible from the traffic lanes of the street.

    (c)

    Residential property. The Traffic Engineer may not designate a parking meter zone in front of or adjacent to a property that is zoned residential under the county zoning regulations.
