§ 18-2-307. PARKING METER DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.
(a)
In general. Parking meter districts are established as provided in this section.
(b)
Towson District. The Towson District is that area bounded by the following sets of lines proceeding in a clockwise direction starting at the intersection of York Road and Burke Avenue, proceeding south along the east property line of York Road, west along the south property line of Cross Campus Drive, north along the west property line of Osler Drive, east along the north property line of Townsontown Boulevard, north along the west property line of the 200 block of Bosley Avenue, west along the south property line of Chesapeake Avenue, north along the centerline of Highland Avenue, east along the north property line of Joppa Road, northeast along the northwest property line of Bosley Avenue, southeast along the northeast property line of Fairmount Avenue, west along the south property line of Towsontown Boulevard, south along the west property line of Maryland Avenue, and west along the south property line of Burke Avenue back to the point of beginning.
(c)
Stoneleigh-Anneslie District. The Stoneleigh-Anneslie District is that area bounded on the west by the east property line of Heathfield Road, on the north by the north property line of Dumbarton Road and Stoneleigh Road, on the east by the east property line of the York Road Service Road and Locust Drive, and on the south by the south property line of Overbrook Road.
(d)
Baynesville District. The Baynesville District is that area bounded on the west by a line 500 feet west of Loch Raven Boulevard, on the north by the north property line of Joppa Road, on the east by a line 500 feet east of Loch Raven Boulevard, and on the south by the south property line of White Oak Road.
(e)
Catonsville District. The Catonsville District is that area bounded on the west by a line 150 feet west of Sanford Avenue, on the north by the north property line of Frederick Road, on the east by the east property line of Bishops Lane, and on the south by a line 225 feet south of Frederick Road.
(f)
Dundalk District. The Dundalk District is that area bounded on the west by the west property line of Dundalk Avenue, on the north by the north property line of St. Helena Avenue, on the east by the east property line of Dundalk Avenue, and on the south by the south property line of Center Place.
(g)
Essex District. The Essex District is that area bounded on the west by the west property line of Mace Avenue and Riverside Drive, on the north by the south property line of Dorsey Avenue, on the east by the east property line of Woodward Drive, and on the south by a line 50 feet south of Maryland Avenue.
(h)
Overlea District. The Overlea District is that area bounded on the west by the Baltimore City - Baltimore County boundary line, on the north by a line 250 feet north of Belair Road, on the east by the east property line of Willow Avenue, and on the south by a line 225 feet south of Belair Road.
(i)
Parkville District. The Parkville District is that area bounded on the west by the west property line of Harford Road, on the north by the north property line of Parktowne Avenue and Onyx Road, on the east by the east property line of Harford Road, and on the south by the Baltimore City — Baltimore County boundary line.
(j)
Pikesville District. The Pikesville District is that area bounded on the west by a line 500 feet west of Reisterstown Road, on the north by the north property line of Old Court Road Relocated, on the east by a line 500 feet east of Reisterstown Road, and on the south by the Baltimore City — Baltimore County boundary line.
(k)
Reisterstown District. The Reisterstown District is that area bounded on the west by the west property line of Main Street and Hanover Pike, on the north by a line 250 feet north of Westminster Pike, on the east by the east property line of Main Street and Hanover Pike, and on the south by a line 100 feet north of Chatworth Avenue.
