§ 804. Abolition of board of police department examiners and board of fire department examiners.

Upon the adoption of the county personnel law as above provided, the board of examiners for the police department of Baltimore County and the board of examiners for the fire department of Baltimore County shall cease to exist, and all their powers, duties and functions shall be performed by the director of human resources and the personnel and salary advisory board as may be provided in the county personnel law.
