§ 803. Appeals to the personnel and salary advisory board to be exclusive.

In case of any appeal to the personnel and salary advisory board, its decision shall be final on all parties concerned, and there shall be no further appeal therefrom to the county board of appeals or to any court. Any question involving the jurisdiction of the personnel and salary advisory board may, nevertheless, be heard by the circuit court for Baltimore County or any other court with jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter.
