§ 4-2-203. ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE COMPENSATION PLAN.

  • In order to determine if changes in the compensation plan are required to ensure the retention of the present personnel and to attract qualified applicants, the Director of Human Resources shall review the plan at least one time each year and compare it with current rates paid for similar positions in the area.
