§ 4-2-204. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN.

The classification plan shall be developed and maintained on the basis of continuing study so that all jobs in the same class shall be sufficiently alike to allow use in the plan of:
(1)

A single descriptive title;

(2)

The same qualifications and tests of fitness for appointment; and

(3)

The same pay schedule.
