§ 4-2-202. ADOPTION.
(a)
Recommendations of the Board. The Personnel and Salary Advisory Board:
(1)
Shall review the Classification and Compensation Plan; and
(2)
May submit recommendations regarding amendments to the Classification and Compensation Plan to the County Executive by transmission by the Director of Human Resources through the County Administrative Officer.
(b)
County Executive. If the County Executive approves any amendments to the Classification and Compensation Plan, the County Executive shall submit them to the County Council with a recommendation that the Council adopt them.
(c)
County Council may adopt. Amendments to the Classification and Compensation Plan shall take effect after the County Council has adopted them in accordance with § 802(e) of the Charter.
