§ 3-8-102. DISPOSITION OF COUNTY RECORDS.

  • Records created or received by the county government in the course of official business are the property of the county government and may not be destroyed, sold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of except in the manner prescribed by the record retention schedules approved as provided in this title, subject to the provisions of state law.
