§ 3-3-102. RESIGNATION BY CHANGE OF RESIDENCY.

(a)

Exemption. This section does not apply to:

(1)

The Planning Board; and

(2)

The Board of Recreation and Parks.

(b)

Required. If a member of a board, commission, committee, panel, or foundation established under this title whose appointment or election was predicated at least in part on the member's residency in the county or in a specific councilmanic district of the county moves the member's residency out of the county or the applicable councilmanic district, the member is deemed to have resigned from the board, commission, committee, panel, or foundation on the date that the member moved from the county or the applicable councilmanic district.
