§ 3-3-103. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.

  • (a)

    Exemption. This section does not apply to the Planning Board.

    (b)

    Continuous service; vacancies.

    (1)

    At the end of a term, an elected or appointed member, director, or trustee of a board, commission, committee, panel, or foundation established under this title continues to serve until a successor is appointed or elected and qualifies.

    (2)

    An elected or appointed member, director, or trustee of a board, commission, committee, panel, or foundation established under this title who is appointed or elected after a term has begun serves only for the rest of the term and until a successor is appointed or elected and qualifies.
