§ 3-3-1703. OFFICERS.

(a)

Chairman and vice-chairman. Each year and as required by vacancy, the Board of Recreation and Parks shall select members of the Board to serve as chairman and vice-chairman.

(b)

Secretary. The Board may select as secretary an individual who is a member of the Board or an individual who is not a member of the Board.
