§ 3-3-1704. MEETINGS; COMPENSATION.

(a)

Meetings. The Board of Recreation and Parks may hold meetings:

(1)

As it considers necessary;

(2)

At the request of the Director of Recreation and Parks; and

(3)

At the Board's regular place of business in Towson, or anywhere else at the discretion of the Board.

(b)

Compensation. A member of the Board:

(1)

May not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but

(2)

Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred, if approved by the Board and provided for in the county operating budget.
