§ 3-3-1702. MEMBERSHIP.

(a)

Composition; appointment of members.

(1)

The Board of Recreation and Parks shall be composed of members as provided in § 533 of the Charter.

(2)

In the appointment of members of the Board, due regard shall be given to the population and character of development in the various sections or areas of the county.

(b)

Vacancies. Vacancies occurring otherwise than by expiration of a term shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointments.
