§ 3-10-102. GRANT ADMINISTRATOR.

  • (a)

    County Executive to appoint. The County Executive shall appoint a Grant Administrator.

    (b)

    Duties. The Grant Administrator shall:

    (1)

    Establish criteria and procedures to be used by all county agencies which administer county financial assistance programs in the form of grants;

    (2)

    Devise a single application form for use by all applicants for county grants which shall include a requirement that the applicant list all grants received by the applicant in the past 2 fiscal years from a county, state, federal or other funding source; and

    (3)

    Receive and process all grant applications in accordance with § 3-10-103 of this title.
