§ 3-10-101. EXEMPTIONS.

This title does not apply to:

(1)

A grant administered under the Economic Development Revolving Financing Fund;

(2)

A grant that involves the provision of services requiring County Council approval under § 715 of the Charter;

(3)

The following programs administered by the Department of Planning for grants in amounts less than $50,000 to a recipient in any fiscal year:

(i)

The Settlement Expense Program;

(ii)

The Incentive Purchase Program;

(iii)

The Single Family Rehabilitation Program; and

(iv)

The Emergency Assistance Program;

(4)

Emergency assistance grants administered by the Department of Social Services; and

(5)

Emergency senior care grants administered by the Department of Aging.
