§ 32-4-502. PRE-FILING CONFERENCE.

(a)

Conference required before filing. Before the filing of a reclamation plan for approval, an applicant shall meet with the Department of Planning for a pre-filing conference.

(b)

Waiver of conference. The pre-filing conference may be waived by written agreement of the applicant and the Director of Planning.

(c)

Purpose. The purpose of the conference is to provide the applicant with information about government policies, standards, and legislation that could apply to the applicant's property.
