§ 32-4-115. ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES.

(a)

In general. A permit may not be issued without compliance with this title.

(b)

Remedies. The county may bring an action:

(1)

For specific performance of a provision of this title; or

(2)

To set aside a conveyance made in violation of this title at the cost and expense of the transferor.
