§ 32-4-114. COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
(a)
Compliance with other county laws required. Except as otherwise provided in this title, all development shall comply with this title and all other applicable laws or regulations of the county.
(b)
Laws not superseded by this title; exception. Other laws or regulations of the county that affect development are not superseded by this title unless specifically stated in this title.
(c)
County prohibited from processing if violations exist. The county may not process plans or permits for a proposed development if the applicant owns or has an interest in property located in the county upon which there exists, at the time of the application or during the processing of the application, a violation of the zoning or development regulations of the county.
