§ 32-4-113. DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS.

(a)

Payment required before processing. Before the county may process plans or permits for a proposed development, the applicant shall pay all delinquent accounts of the applicant.

(b)

Exception. The provisions of subsection (a) of this section do not apply if the applicant disputes the county's claim and posts collateral to satisfy the claim pending resolution of the dispute.
