§ 32-3-516. SUSPENSION OF PETITION DURING PREPARATION OR REVISION OF ZONING MAP.

(a)

In general. The Board of Appeals may not receive a reclassification petition, other than a petition exempted under § 32-3-509 of this subtitle, for filing from April 16 through October 15 of any year in which the County Council is scheduled to adopt the new or comprehensively revised zoning map.

(b)

Request submitted to Planning Board or County Council. A property owner may present a request for a zoning reclassification to the Planning Board or County Council for consideration at the appropriate time during the preparation or modification of the new or comprehensively revised zoning map.
