§ 32-3-515. SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AND VARIANCES.

(a)

Authority of Board to grant exceptions and variances. Subject to the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, the Board of Appeals shall have original jurisdiction for the purpose of hearing and deciding petitions for special exceptions or variances that are dependent upon the granting of a zoning reclassification of the property involved in the petition.

(b)

Notice and posting. The Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall advertise and post the special exceptions and variances in accordance with the procedures provided in this subtitle for advertising and posting reclassification petitions.
