§ 32-3-507. PERIOD II; PLANNING BOARD DUTIES.

Except petitions exempted under § 32-3-509 of this subtitle, during Period II of each cycle, the Planning Board shall:
(1)

Publish and submit to the Board of Appeals a report containing the Planning Board's recommendations, relevant maps, and supporting data on all the reclassification petitions submitted during the preceding filing period; and

(2)

Submit to the Board of Appeals a recommended schedule for its hearings on the petitions, so that hearings on related petitions shall be held consecutively or, with the petitioners' consent, be combined.
