§ 32-3-106. ZONING COMMISSIONER - DOCKET.

The Zoning Commissioner shall:
(1)

Maintain a public docket in the office of the Zoning Commissioner; and

(2)

Promptly make a record of all proceedings and appeals before the Zoning Commissioner.
