§ 25-3-210. CONSTRUCTION.

Before undertaking underground construction that is not for emergency maintenance, a franchisee shall provide notice of the underground construction to the residents of the affected area by:
(1)

Mail;

(2)

Use of a door hanger; or

(3)

Publication.
