§ 25-3-209. IDENTIFICATION.

(a)

Required. Each representative of a franchisee shall have a form of identification, preferably photographic, indicating that he or she is a representative of the franchisee.

(b)

Public inspection of identification. The franchisee representative shall make the identification available for inspection by the public on request.
