§ 25-3-208. CUSTOMER PRIVACY.

(a)

Notice. At the time of installation, at least once annually, and on request, a franchisee shall provide clear and conspicuous notice of its policy regarding disclosure of the subscriber's name, address, and phone number for mailing lists, phone lists, and similar purposes.

(b)

Right of subscriber to limit disclosure. The notice shall inform the subscriber of the opportunity to prevent the disclosure and limit the use of the subscriber's name, address, and phone number.
