§ 25-3-205. BILLING.

  • (a)

    In general. A franchisee shall provide bills that:

    (1)

    Are clear, concise, and understandable; and

    (2)

    Delineate clearly all account activity during the billing period, including fees for service and equipment, optional charges, rebates, and credits.

    (b)

    Billing disputes. A franchisee shall respond to a customer's written complaint about a billing dispute sent to its principal office within 30 days after receipt of the complaint.
