§ 25-3-206. REFUND AND CREDITS.

  • (a)

    Refunds. A franchisee shall issue refunds promptly, but not later than:

    (1)

    A customer's next billing cycle following the resolution of a request or 30 days, whichever is earlier; or

    (2)

    The return of equipment supplied by the franchisee if service is terminated.

    (b)

    Credits. After a determination that a credit is warranted, a franchisee shall issue credits for service not later than a customer's next billing cycle or not later than 60 days after the determination.
