§ 21-8-106. TERM AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE.

(a)

Term. A license issued under this title is valid from May 1 to April 30 of the next year.

(b)

Renewal. In order to renew a license, the licensee shall pay the fee required under § 21-8-104(b) of this title.
