§ 21-8-105. CONTENTS AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE.

(a)

Food truck label/tag. The Department shall issue to a licensee a label or tag for each food truck bearing:

(1)

The inscription "Baltimore County Food Truck License No. __________," which shall be the same number as the number in the license issued to the applicant;

(2)

The expiration date of the license; and

(3)

The commercial license tag number.

(b)

Display of label/tag. The food truck label or tag shall be displayed on the windshield of the food truck at all times when the licensee is engaged in food sales or preparation.
