§ 21-4-205. REGISTRATION AND LICENSE DURATION AND FEES.

(a)

Duration. The license and registration year for a coin-operated amusement device is from February 1 to January 31 of the following year, both inclusive.

(b)

Registration fee.

(1)

The annual registration fee is $85 per coin-operated amusement device, which fee covers all coin-operated amusement devices.

(2)

There is no fee for a change in registration information.

(c)

License fee. The annual license fee for a coin-operated amusement device:

(1)

Is $175 per coin-operated amusement device; and

(2)

May be prorated on a quarterly basis.
