§ 21-16-110. APPEAL.

  • (a)

    Definition . In this section, "person who is aggrieved" means a person:

    (1)

    Who was denied a license under § 21-16-108 of this title; or

    (2)

    Whose license was denied, revoked, suspended, or refused renewal under § 21-16-125 of this title.

    (b)

    Authorized . A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Department may file an appeal within 30 days after the decision for a hearing before the Board of Appeals.
