§ 21-16-111. SIGNS ON VEHICLES.

(a)

Required signs.

(1)

On each side of every towing vehicle there shall be legibly inscribed or painted the name, address, and telephone number of the owner of each towing vehicle.

(2)

Letters and numerals required by this section may not be less than 4 inches in height.

(3)

Magnetic or detachable signs are not acceptable.

(b)

Leased vehicles. Tow vehicles leased by a licensed towing company shall contain the same information required under subsection (a) of this section and shall show the name, address, and telephone number of the licensed towing company.
