§ 21-16-103. LICENSE REQUIRED.

Latest version.

A person shall obtain the appropriate license from the Department before the person may engage in the business of:
(1)

Police-initiated towing; or

(2)

Trespass towing of a motor vehicle from a parking lot or garage.
