§ 21-16-102. DECLARATION OF POLICY.

Police-initiated towing and trespass towing are subject to supervision and administrative control in the county in order to:
(1)

Protect the general welfare and public interests of the community;

(2)

Safeguard the public interests against fraud, discrimination, deception, and similar abuses; and

(3)

Eliminate the retarding of traffic, unnecessary street congestion, unnecessary delays, and traffic hazards.
