§ 21-15-402. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

(a)

Authority to design.

(1)

A registered professional engineer licensed to do business in the state may design all plans and specifications required by this title.

(2)

A master plumber-gasfitter or master gasfitter, registered to do business in the county, may design plumbing or gasfitting systems which the licensee is to install.

(b)

Required content. Each set of plans and specifications submitted shall have on it the name and address of the designer and a certification by the designer that the plans and specifications have been prepared in accordance with this title.

(c)

Submittal requirements. The plans and specifications shall be submitted in the form and quantities required by the administrative authority and shall have on them complete design and calculation criteria.

(d)

Copies kept at site. Approved plans shall be kept in good condition on the worksite at all times.
