§ 21-15-403. INSPECTION OF PLUMBING AND GASFITTING - DURING AND AFTER CONSTRUCTION.

(a)

Authorized. During and after construction, the administrative authority shall inspect all plumbing and gasfitting for which a permit, other than an annual plumbing or gasfitting permit, is required.

(b)

Order to comply. If the administrative authority finds any defects, the administrative authority may order plumbing or gasfitting corrections to comply with the provisions of this title.

(c)

No covering. A person may not cover or enclose from view any portions of plumbing or gasfitting before the administrative authority has inspected and approved it.

(d)

Reports. The administrative authority shall prepare a written report of all inspections and maintain the reports in an office file.
