For the purpose of performing the duties under the county Plumbing and Gasfitting
Code or enforcing the provisions of the county Plumbing and Gasfitting Code, the administrative
authority, after showing the proper credentials or proof of identity, may enter any
building, structure, or premises at any time during daylight hours or at other times
as may be necessary in any emergency resulting from or arising out of any cause that
endangers or tends to endanger the public health or safety.
