§ 21-15-309. INFORMATION REGARDING EXISTING SEWERS.

(a)

Department to provide. The Department shall furnish information concerning the size, location, and depth of public sewers or drains and the position of branch junctions and appurtenances when an application for the information is made.

(b)

Correct information. The Department shall take all reasonable care to ensure that the information provided to the applicant is correct.

(c)

Correction of master plan. If a connection is not at the location specified on a permit, the administrative authority shall assist the Department in correcting the master plan in order to show the actual location of the connection.
