§ 21-15-308. CONTINUING RESPONSIBILITY.

(a)

Licensee. The licensee shall correct all defects discovered before the expiration of the 12-month period and about which the licensee is promptly notified in writing.

(b)

Property owner. The owner of a property is responsible at all times to the county to correct the defects in the plumbing or gasfitting installations on the property.
