§ 21-15-211. REGISTRATION OF ADDRESS AND NAME OF BUSINESS.

  • (a)

    Required. A licensee shall inform the Board of the licensee's business address and the name under which the business is conducted.

    (b)

    Move - Requirement to inform the Board. The licensee shall give immediate notice to the Board of any change in either the name or address of the business.

    (c)

    Same - Removal of advertising. The licensee shall remove all advertising signs from premises the licensee vacates.
