§ 21-15-210. REPRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS.

(a)

Identification card. A person holding an identification card issued by the Board shall have the card in the person's possession when engaged in the work authorized to be performed under any license and shall exhibit the card when asked by an employer or by the Board's representative.

(b)

Display. A licensee shall display the plumbing license at the licensee's place of business and shall display the licensee's company name and license number in 1-inch high letters or larger on each vehicle used for providing plumbing services.

(c)

Advertisements. A licensee shall show the licensee's name and license number in all advertisements.
