§ 21-15-209. TERM AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE.

(a)

Term of license. All licenses, original or renewal, shall take effect May 1 and shall expire on second April 30 after their effective dates.

(b)

Renewal. Before the second May 1 after its effective date, the licensee may renew the license by paying to the Board the fee established by the County Administrative Officer.
