§ 21-13-104. AUTHORITY TO REFUSE A LICENSE.

  • The Director or the Director's designee may refuse a license to any operator applicant if in their opinion the license should not be granted because of the applicant's criminal record, accident record, or for any other reason they consider sufficient.
