§ 21-13-105. LIMITATION ON TIME OF OPERATION.

A person licensed under this title may not operate a ride or riding device mounted on mobile equipment in:
(1)

Any one block in the confines of the metropolitan area of the county for more than 1 hour in any one location in the county; or

(2)

In any area equivalent to one block in the villages, towns, and housing projects outside the metropolitan area of the county for more than 1 hour in any one location.
