§ 21-13-103. APPLICATION.

(a)

In general. An applicant for a license shall:

(1)

Submit an application in a manner required by the Department; and

(2)

Pay to the Department a license fee of $60 for each ride or riding device mounted on mobile equipment.

(b)

Term.

(1)

A license issued under this section shall remain in effect for 1 year.

(2)

The applicant shall pay the fee as provided in subsection (a)(2) of this section for each annual license renewal.
