§ 21-12-302. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY.

A person who violates §§ 21-12-103 through 21-12-106, both inclusive, 21-12-208 through 21-12-212, both inclusive, 21-12-213(f), or 21-12-214 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 2 months or both.
